Product features

Effectively emulsifies fats and breaks down starch and protein.
Contains a large amount of complexing agents.
Keeps dishes and the machine clean by effectively preventing limescale build-up.
Not recommended for use with aluminium dishes.

Emulsifies fats, removes and breaks down starch and protein. Maintains a pH value favourable for washing.

Complexing agents 5-15%

Soften water, improve the cleaning effect. Prevent calcium deposit formation.

Polycarboxylates <5%

Disperse dirt and deposits.

Usage

Dishes are placed in the washing rack with the dirty side facing the detergent jets so that all dishes are exposed to the jets. Very dirty dishes should be rinsed in cool water before the main wash.

Recommended operating temperature:

pre-rinse, 35 - 40°C;
cleaning solution, approx. 50 - 60°C;
final rinse, approx. 80-90°C.

Our representatives will adjust the correct detergent dosage to suit the conditions.

Storage

Store in the original packaging in a heated warehouse at +5°C to +35°C. Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture.

Environment and safety

Clean primary containers can be recycled or reused. Secondary corrugated cardboard packaging is made from recycled materials and can be recycled. Product handling and disposal rules are given in the product's safety data sheet.
