Batyr-Broiler is a full-cycle, high-tech operation – from producing hatching eggs to deep processing and the manufacture of meat and sausage products. The group currently accounts for 30% of Russia’s hatching egg imports and includes a hatchery with state-of-the-art Belgian incubators producing 22 million day-old chicks a year, poultry houses for rearing 2.5 million chickens a year, a high-tech slaughter shop with a design capacity of 30 thousand tonnes of meat a year, a cutting shop handling 8 thousand tonnes a year, a deep processing shop with a capacity of 11.8 tonnes per shift, its own feed mill producing and packing pelleted feed at 10 tonnes per hour, and a bio-waste processing plant producing 5 thousand tonnes of high-quality meat and bone meal a year. Today the company employs more than 200 specialists in a variety of fields.
