Together with leading industry experts, we talked about what matters most:
— Legal aspects of running dry cleaners and laundries — Evgenia Satalkina, Head of the Contracts and Legal Department of the “Diana” dry-cleaning chain, laid it all out clearly;
— Restoring delicate fabrics (wool, silk, cashmere) — Andrey Frost, Klinin's lead technologist, shared his own wet cleaning techniques;
— A masterclass on removing difficult stains — participants personally tested Klinin's professional detergents.
And, of course, there was lively discussion, questions from the floor and analysis of real cases.
Special thanks to our partners from the “Diana” dry-cleaning chain for their expertise and warm welcome:
— Konstantin Klimov, Executive Director;
— Nina Novikova, Chief Technologist;
— Natalya Matyushenkova, Senior Technologist;
— Evgenia Satalkina, Head of the Contracts and Legal Department.
You made this day truly in-depth and practical!
What else stood out:
— A delicious lunch and coffee breaks (nobody left hungry);
— A quiz with a main prize and gift certificates for KlinSpurt sets;
— A photographer captured the liveliest moments;
— Yes, there was even a warm-up session — technologists need to stretch too!
Thank you to everyone who came, asked questions, tried things out, was surprised and smiled. You are the main reason we do this.
We were delighted to welcome among our guests:
— Leonid Lvovich Bertsev, President of the Association of Dry Cleaning and Laundry Enterprises;
— Andrey Nikolaevich Makarov, Chief Designer of the Vyazma Machine-Building Plant.
Thank you for your interest in the event!
