We are pleased to announce the completion of the registration of the Klinin trademarks for our products.
A trademark (service mark) is a designation used to individualise goods, work performed or services provided.
A trademark application is registered with Rospatent — the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks. Once it is registered, without the right holder's permission no one may use the trademark.
The exclusive right to a trademark is valid for 10 years. It can be “renewed” an unlimited number of times, but only by re-registering the mark.
The Klinin trademark is registered for the following classes of goods or services under the International Classification of Goods and Services (ICGS):
