On 29 August 2023, Daniil Aleksandrovich Kuzmin, Head of the Industry and Agro-Industrial Development Department of the St Petersburg Committee for Industrial Policy, Innovation and Trade, visited our production site in Levashovo.

The St Petersburg Committee for Industrial Policy, Innovation and Trade was established to develop and implement St Petersburg’s state policy and to coordinate the work of the city’s executive authorities in industrial and innovation policy, the agro-industrial sector, business development (including small and medium-sized enterprises) and the consumer market (wholesale and retail trade, food service, consumer services, and funeral services in St Petersburg), as well as to implement St Petersburg’s state policy on the licensing of certain types of activity, the city’s food security and state regulation in this area.
At the plant, the representatives of the St Petersburg executive authorities were welcomed by Grigory Shifrin, CEO of O3 Company, Darya Dybal, CEO of Klinin LLC, and the plant’s technical managers.

During the tour of the production site, the participants visited the water treatment shops, the production reactor areas and the filling and packing shop, as well as the research laboratory and the finished goods warehouse.
Darya Dybal gave a brief overview of Klinin LLC’s achievements this year. The company is growing rapidly, expanding its import substitution programme (the share of Russian raw materials used in production has reached 91%), its product range, which now numbers 270 items, and its workforce, which has grown by 38%

During the visit, the participants discussed the company’s development prospects and its cooperation with the city authorities. Daniil Aleksandrovich Kuzmin, Head of the Industry and Agro-Industrial Development Department, raised the subject of government measures to support Russian manufacturers. The St Petersburg Government has developed a number of initiatives to support industrial enterprises, including targeted funding, partial reimbursement of the costs of purchasing equipment and promoting products, and dedicated support for process optimisation and lean manufacturing programmes.
The meeting also covered Klinin’s environmental initiatives and our successful experience of working together with the city’s municipal services to keep the streets of St Petersburg clean.

We continue to work with state-owned companies and with enterprises in industry, agriculture, hospitality and food service, providing them with professional all-in-one solutions for cleanliness and hygiene. Our goal is to supply St Petersburg’s industrial enterprises with high-quality professional chemicals that help maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitary and epidemiological safety.
