Consent to receive advertising and informational mailings


I, hereinafter referred to as the 'Data Subject', hereby give my specific, informed and unambiguous consent to Klinin LLC (location address: 191119, St Petersburg, intra-city territory of the municipal district Vladimirsky District, 69-71 Marata Street, Litera A, premises part 23-N, premises part ch.p. 1, INN 7813326820, OGRN 1057811902180), in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 'On Personal Data', Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 'On Advertising', to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of receiving advertising and informational mailings.

  • Email address
  • Place of work

2. Purposes of personal data processing:

  • Sending me advertising, informational and news materials relating to events and products of Klinin LLC
  • Informing about new products, special offers, promotions, discounts and other advertising activities.

  • Sending messages in messengers (MAX, Telegram, etc.)
  • Sending push notifications

4. List of actions with personal data for which consent is given:

Personal data processing may include collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer, blocking, deletion, destruction and may be carried out using automated means or without using such means.

5. Period of personal data processing

Personal data processing is carried out for 10 years from the moment consent is given or until its withdrawal.

6. Procedure for withdrawal of consent
